History & Location
Our coffeeshop is nestled in a historic building in the heart of Amsterdam, on the famous Reguliersdwarsstraat. This trendy, colorful street is packed with clubs, bars, and restaurants—a place to stroll, eat, drink, dance, and, of course, smoke! Recently upgraded and now known as the Secret Village, it’s one of the city’s local hotspots. Coffeeshop The Otherside has been part of this vibrant street since the turbulent Eighties, bringing over 30 years of quality, service, and good times.

Our coffeeshop is located in a historical building in the heart of Amsterdam in the well-known Reguliersdwarsstraat. A famous, trendy and colourful street in Amsterdam, full of clubs, restaurants, bars. A place to stroll, eat, drink, dance and smoke! The street has recently been upgraded and is now called the Secret Village, a local hot spot. The Otherside has been there since the turbulent Eighties. Over 30 years of quality, service and good times.

Five stars for this magnificent place. Very good taste in decoration and very good selection of drinks and joints. The owner very friendly and the atmosphere excellent.
Nicely furnished, tastefully decorated. The weed is superb! Had the Orange Bud and it’s definetely something. This Coffeeshop is definetely not “touristy”, instead it has style and inviting to have a great conversation and enjoy the afternoon.
Very friendly staff. The place is very nice and gives you the feeling of a normal coffeebar. Prices are very good. Very nice place for couples or girls by themselves.
